Returns and Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for ready-to-ear or customized styles. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. Once approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

International Returns and Shipping Costs
Please note that customers are responsible for international return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable for both local and international orders

Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for a refund within 3 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and have not been altered in any way.

Damages and Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us via email at sales@luxemodestwear.com within 48 hours of receipt. To help us assess the issue promptly, kindly attach images of the item, including close-up photos of any damaged areas. We will evaluate the situation and take the necessary steps to make it right.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a pickup for the item.
